The Rose Sea Coast
The southernmost Anciennan territory is an island delineated by The Emerald River and Sea to the west, The Pearl River and Sea to the east. At its apex, The Spine splits, branching west and south. The Spine itself continues to the coast where it submerges into the depths of The Emerald Sea. Both breezes off sea and plateau cool the land, and humidity remains low. Although sand is prevalent throughout, lush foliage also grows. Renowned climbing roses adorn cottages, fences, and tree trunks alike. Their blooms, like so many fragrant jewels, are the delight of its Anciennan denizens.
